TOWER LORDS / ACCOUNT / DATA REQUESTS

Account & Data Deletion

How to request Tower Lords account and cloud save data deletion.

Request deletion of your Tower Lords account and cloud data

You can initiate a deletion request here even after uninstalling the game. Use the email link below to start.

Request account deletion →

If your email app does not open, write to [email protected] with the subject “Tower Lords – Account Deletion Request”.

Delete inside the game

When signed in, open Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data in Tower Lords. Following separate confirmation, the game starts deleting the linked Unity identity and cloud progress. This capability is available in a supported future game build; the game has not been released in stores.

If you have uninstalled the game or cannot access the account panel, you can request deletion by email below.

1. How requests work

  1. Send a request from the email address associated with your account; include your player ID if known.
  2. We may need to verify account ownership to prevent unauthorized deletion. We never request passwords or one-time codes.
  3. After verification we will process deletion of the associated Unity Authentication / Player Accounts identity and Unity Cloud Save progress data.
  4. We will report the outcome or any necessary follow-up by email. Completion is confirmed only after the action is actually performed.

2. What will be deleted?

Account identity and linked cloud progress including levels, points and permanent upgrades are within scope. You can clear app data or uninstall the game to remove local records on your device. Other providers, such as Google/AdMob, may have separate controls for their own data.

3. Possible retention

Limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and abuse prevention, as permitted by applicable law; relevant exceptions will be communicated when processing the request. Disabling an account is not a substitute for deletion.

If you only played offline as a guest, you can remove local progress from your device without a cloud account; you may still contact support.
